Support can be discovered through testing

A person may know that work is becoming difficult without knowing whether the main issue is workload, timing, environment, communication, or recovery. The barrier may feel like general overload rather than one clear problem.

Try one small change

Describe when the difficulty appears, test one adjustment, observe what improves, and refine from there. A support conversation does not always need to begin with a perfect solution.

Try this next

Complete: “Work becomes harder when ___, and I want to test whether ___ would help.”
